Any Ethical Management should give an update here after 3 years of taking a full salary of around $160,000 between them each year while holding only one board meeting on each of those years.After running the available funds to only $37,000 wasting long suffering share holders money.They then commit some of their own funds to a very suss capital raising that if successful they would be able to milk share holder funds for many years to come. ASIC needs to look into this board even the lack of compassion to its share holders shows why the ASX wont re list this poorly run Company.CHEERS
