This board seems to follow Fairstair FAS in the way they keep shareholders informed while suspended from the ASX. FAS made shareholders live with no information for many years before folding. The only difference was the Director here jumped ship from FAS in 2012 leaving a sinking ship becoming Chairman of GWR. Now history seems to be repeating with GWR being asked to save this Directors Company while he is was and still is heavily involved still in GWR while finding these 4 fine assets and basically giving them to CIZ for nothing.While GWR gets a crappy 10,000,000 more worthless shares in CIZ and not a cent in cash.What ever happened to conflict of interest.
