VCR999 - I think in a prospectus situation like this (well it is with an IPO) you must fill, then close the offer before the funds are accessible for working capital. You cant dip into the part filled capital raise therefore.
It gets tricky here is they do debt/equity/con-notes on the side as this affects the capital structure and can then require a supplementary prospectus to be issued.
You are well within your rights at any point until it is 'closed' to withdraw your application but that becomes a death spiral typically. recapping a company at this stage is the best hope for holders IMO.
