I have read the recent letter from Christopher Haslam the Chairman of Mount Rommel Mining Ltd that was sent to all shareholders. The letter makes very interesting reading. So the board has declined several potential partners? Really so why can't shareholder see the details of these offers and pass our own judgement? Why do we only get to see the two offers?
Also is it not true that one of the old directors is on the current board so why can't he supply minutes of past meetings and details on finances?
This letter generates more questions than it answers, shareholders deserve all the facts, also I hope their is no conflect of interest going on in the board as this must be declared to shareholders.
I still have many concerns and I will not stop in my pursuit of the best deal for all shareholders.
