Glad to see you cut the board a bit of slack. The current SP IMO is quite compelling - they were priced well above this figure before they purchased the ANZ business and they were less profitable. Most of the trading has been at SP well above todays price. It is likely that any sellers below 80c are selling at a loss and one would have to ask why. I have suspicions this CR is aimed at the Westpac business - IMO the timing and the amount appear to be consistent with that likelihood. Anyway any looker need to do their own research thoroughly and I am sure they will see what I see.
