Kina Securities Limited (ASX code: KSL) is pleased to offer eligible shareholders the opportunity to participate in a 1 for 2 accelerated non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer of new fully paid ordinary shares in the Company at an issue price of $0.80 per new share.

The offer opens on Thursday, 17 September 2020 and closes at 5pm (Sydney time) on Thursday, 1 October 2020.

In order to access the KSL offer website, you will need to provide the following details:

• Share Reference Number/ Holder Identification Number/ Employee ID

• Follow prompts to either Apply online or Download form;
• Complete the necessary security checks and accept the relevant terms and conditions to access the site;
• Download and read the Retail Entitlement Offer Booklet in its entirety and seek appropriate professional advice if necessary
• Complete the online form and click submit to receive your personalised BPAY® details (if Apply online option selected), or
  Download you personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Form which will include your personalised BPAY® details (If Download form option selected);
• Make your BPAY® payment in line with your financial institutions' instructions.
