As along time shareholder of CMR [more than 10years]
I believe that the next period that is about to unfold will be one of the most important to outcomes for CMR
shareholders.I refer to the EGM that will be called in the near future regarding the conditions of enosis with HNC which we will be asked to vote on.Since the letter of intent was signed I believe our situation has altered
dramatically viz $2.50---- to $4.65 today.The question that requires an answer is ''would it be better to say raise $250mill.by issuing 50 million shares at $5.0/share and own the entire project ourselves?''[or other variations to this proposal including the formalising of the LOI.]
My reason for proposing this discussion is so that we can be better informed in terms of questions, answers, alternatives when the document from CMR arrives.I also bellieve that this project is a once in a generation opportunity and therefore our collective decision is so much more important at this critical juncture in its evolution.
