G'day Scammer,
I'll support (hold) a company if I think there's value there. But I agree that if management fails to deliver on its promises, and in particular, cannot capitalise on the value of the intellectual property involved, then any capital raising regardless of its structure or distribution will simply provide a stay of execution so to speak. Ultimately shareholders will only profit if management delivers, which so far they clearly haven't. This is only exacerbated by "unfair" capital raisings.
