What is quite sickening (and I cant believe the ASX allow this) are the salaries and bonuses these guys are giving themselves for underperformance. For example Paul Watt received just under half a million dollars in 2011including a $75,000 bonus! Total remuneration in 2011 for all management amounts to $1.2mn. More than happy to see management receive these types of bonuses if they achieve their stated milestones.
