Definitely agree with a minimum floor price or maximum number of shares capable of being issued on conversion.
Also, aren't Phylogica supposed to be getting $1.9m soon for their R&D Rebate?? It may tide us over to mid next year or thereabouts. No substantive deals by then and good luck amigos.
