Seriously though; it looks like the market has come to the conclusion that we stand to have our holdings diluted to homeopathic concentrations before anything gets to the clinic.
Is the model broken (looks that way to me) or is there a (real) reason why we should believe you are not going to have to come to the market, cap in hand every 6 mths or so?
