That is spot on greenisgood & i know the company comes out with the we are trying to "strengthen the registry" but give me a freakin break they've tried this plenty of times before excluding shareholders & look at who always ends up the large holders trying to bail & dumping large amounts of stock after participating in private issues - BiotechCapital / Barton & AHG / NAOS we've seen it all before so that line of trying to keep it away from retail to build strength really doesn't stand up.
