LYC chucked a bit of a wobbly there momentarily, and I briefly replaced my "Yanks Are Up To Something" theory, with a "Pump 'n Dump" theory.
Nearly dirtied my nappy I did!
Now I'm back to the "Yanks Are Up To Something" Theory.
It goes like this: "USA dislikes the idea of China having control of the largest deposit of strategic rare earth elements and so are positioning themselves to have a say in what happens to it if the Australian FIRB gives a go-ahead."
