As at 31 Dec 08, the top 10 control 56.31%, and the top 20 control 62.27% of the issue.
That's all good, except the top 4 places control 41.63%, and they are all nominees accts...we do not know whether the nominee has full control over the holdings, or whether the individual acct holders within have individual control.
The best thing I can see in this is that between July 06 and Feb 07, then through to June 07, the top 4 places changed around quite a bit, and during that period, the sp only went as low as about 16c...the top 4 still looks roughly the same today (Dec08).
That's not to say that the individual holders within the nominees acct haven't changed, but I would suspect if they have, it was at much higher prices than 16c.
