Being a newbie and all I want to understand what happens when a takeover is in play.
One would think that in order for share holders to approve such takeovers the offer must be quite substantial in order to please those that have held for over 12 months.
Im not trying to start rumours about takeovers etc as I cant stand it when that happens, Im just trying to understand how the process works to be better informed if it was to happen.
Id appreciate your assistance.
