One would think that in order for share holders to approve such takeovers the offer must be quite substantial in order to please those that have held for over 12 months
not always the case .ndo went as high as .60/.65 unfortunatly were in diffrent times now my oppinion i dont see a t/o anywhere near that if it were to happen theres bound to be many that will wear a loss
