In the case of HDR the price was worked down to the point where people grew disillusioned and pessimistic ..... then whammo .
It is a buyers market atm, and for the price of a big JV many companies could just be taken over and never have to liase with their shareholders and management again .
Exxon have how much ..... US$37 billion? Crazy numbers .
