What an interesting outcome, existing shareholders were capped at $15,000 in this raising and GRB received cash of $9,160,000 and will have to give $7+mil back.
It would have been nicer to offer the total to existing holders instead of "sophisticated investors" that would be seen as a loyalty reward for smaller long term holders and the total amount would have been easily exceeded.
In a previous post here I made comment regarding the hypothetical number of shares we could receive due to the scale-back and I was too conservative.
Based on my thoughts then I did not participate in this issue but I suppose this allowed others to share what I did not buy.
Over all I am extremely satisfied with the way we are headed and the increase in price since the capital raising last year where i picked up a tidy parcel for 2.5 cents has been a nice sweetener.
I am now sitting back awaiting the annual report to see the bottom line and maybe a maiden dividend.
