Not a good result at all for those receiving 15% of their money. The Banks got 70% but they could have got more if they had stuck with ARI. Everyone loses when people don't cooperate. Well done all those who voted for this DOCA and sale.
What did you expect with the fire sale of a viable business ?
It is arguable that Banks and everyone could have got 100% if they had helped ARI stayed afloat.
