So Yarramundi,

The top 40 I got was dated 18.04.12.
On the 19.04.12 WNI announced they had 80.33% of BRM ( 116,517,801 shares )

On the 18th if you add the 3 WNI accounts on the top 40 it totals 67.07% ( 114,058,982 shares )

So overnight they gained 2,458,819 shares. Perhaps most of those came from one or more of the nominee funds?

If the nominee funds in positions 5,6,7,8,9 hold 13.25%...then if they all sell out WNI will have 93.58%.

I sure hope all those share held by the nominee funds don't churn over to WNI!
They'll need to get 90%+ to get my shares anyway :/
