We are on the same page about the 'smoke and mirrors' aspect LTI. I was actually referring to hilling49's math. Even then I got a decimal point wrong doh ($0.010 should have been $0.10), but I believe my drift and conclusion was correct.
Assuming we stay on our feet and eventually get around to a future consolidation (not until after volume sales are in etc IMHO) I would have thought a 1:10 maybe would be sufficient i.e. still brings say 3.5 billion shares back to 350 million 'consolidated' shares, and removes the basket case look. But that point is for consideration at some future time with a different information set.
