Hi Wasa, Sorry I haven't replied sooner.
A few shareholders turned up for the meeting, about 10 to 15 peoples. I was not shy in comming forward.


They did a small capital raising of approx 1 million dollars at approx 10.5 cents a share

Share consolidation will be on a one for every 10 shares held. Consolidation will reduce no. of shares to Approx 15,358,238. Consolidated share price approx $1.00.Capital raising will follow. Directors keen to get this right and not dilute the shares to much. I also expessed that they don't do it in half measures.
Resolution to change name.
Name Change to Flow Energy Limited was passed.
Reasons basically give company a international profile.
