All resolutions passed on show of hands.
Proxy's ran at +99% on each of the first resoltions and the appointment of Stan Bates as Chairman
Final resoltion passed on a poll but still ended up being +90% in favour.
Chairman made some very interesting comments about the future direction of the company which would include bolting on carriage to TEE's 4,000 existing customers; and
That the company had 4 acquisitions currently under negotiation.
Long suffering shareholders in TEE look like they may end up been rewarded for their patience.
