JB's holding is a triviality to someone who has been paid handsomely for a bunch of broken promises. So he has a token investment in CCC, and maybe he even believes his own hype, but the reality is this
CCC massively misses timelines,
misses OPEX targets,
is seemingly unable to fund day to day activities,
Has to resort to dubious OKAP and then broker monies at great shareholder expense to manage their day to day,
Is becoming the most marginal of producers,
And is faced with a chinese slow-down and falling coal prices just as we enter the northern hemisphere summer.

Van-mag is ridiculous, would be much better to just admit defeat and announce that it's off the table.
The lack of director buy-in speaks volumes, and last time i posted on this topic someone TOU'd me purely for my injudiciously worded opinion of them, rather than the overall content of my post. Even then the mods could only raise "possibly defamatory" I suspect they agreed with me.
I'll leave you all to make up your own minds but to me CCC is a company with potential, how much isn't clear because shareholders are treated like mushrooms whilst continually having their pockets picked with poorly executed dilutionary dealings.
