gentlemen, she's on for young and old!! bhushan will now try every old trick in the book and hope that enough dummies will junmp in. i din't say those shareholders selling for 10c are dummies, there are many reasons for shareholders wanting or having to sell. the dummies are the ones that are going to believe the hype that will be pedalled without investigating it. personally i want a board change and a new direction and that will be achieved by voting against bhushan. on information to hand to date bhushan has the choice of making a bid for the company or losing control totally and becoming nothing more than a large shareholder because if a new board takes over it will most certainly be extremely hostile to bhushan to the extent that they may even blow bhushan out of the jv's that they appear to be in default of> does anyone know the true status of bhushan's compliance with their jv obligations?? the guy frank is a dark horse, what he actually did was to frustrate the vote that would make bhushan pay 32c/share and give them the chance to make a reduced bid at 16c/share so what was frank really up to and how did he stand to enhance the price of his shares by knocking 16c/share off the price bhushan would have had to pay?? thus reducing his share price-- is this guy frank a financial suicider?? if not why did he do this?? by his actions he aided bhushan. by the way because bhushan excersized their options at 20c their bid would have to be 20c ----unless thay can frustrate and delay. i am quietly confident that bhushan will try to steal the company for zero but will pay 20c before posco slips in. savni remains a mystery and could still be an aussie bunch related to ngf if you look up who sold to savni and who they are plus the fact that a huge amount of bowen's coal butts up to ngf's leases and ngf has big coal men on it's board. worth a good search i think. interesting times indeed!!
