It comes down to perspective here. Most LT holders probably have an average buy in of mid 2's for the AVB's and for mid 1's for the AVBOB's. So buying for them at this stage is not that tasty. Let those pesky SI's do that at 4 times the price, I say!

On the other hand, those whose buy price is north of 10c would have a very different perspective on this issuance. So averaging down would appear tasty to that class of shareholder, and they would obviously want to participate in the placement.

Anyhoo, I am long AVB and have been for quite some time.

I vote yes for this resolution. Which means a very healthy chunk of votes in favour of it.
