    FI4mark - seeing you took the trouble to start the thread could you explain the thinking behind the group intention to vote yes for resolution 6 - ratification of shares to Rich Lead - given whats gone down and the mistrust with board and its imbalance - isnt voting yes giving them another opportunity to sell another 15% of the company to someoene else without shareholder approval ?
