I know CTO has a looming cash crises but Jaygee's comments don't ring true. They would be in breach of disclosure rules re the tax debt. How did they get a tax bill this high. After all they are not profitable. GST is collected on goods sold. Surely someone (auditors and others who pick over annual financial reports) must have seen missing GST payments. The unions would kick up about the super payments although this can and does happen with smaller companies going broke.
I still have some shares left here and will offload them soon if there is nothing happening to sort out the cash crises. I agree with jaygee that there is only a short period before the receivers move in. It seems the NTA of 17 cents is bull dust or CTO would be a takeover target. No sense waiting for a takeover. It aint going to happen.
