With the possible exception of getting the future fund involved, I think you wait and see if superior offers eventuate. If they do, well and good. If they don't I think it tells you what state Oz is probably in....in other words, if nobody trumps this low ball bid, there'll be a reason why. In that case, vote yes, take your money, and run.
