    I understand, but what do you do?

    The CEO and board have clearly demonstrated that they don't have the shareholders best interests in mind. They hold us shareholders in contempt and only care about lining their own nests, look at the boards reaction over the vote on Owen Hegarty's excessive payout as a perfect example.
