I think it is time that TEG shareholders stop being so complacent and allowing the TEG board to increase the shares in the company when they feel they want more shares or give themselves bonuses. TEG is a public company and even if you have large shareholdings, it does not mean you "own" the company and can do as you please. Shareholders should start voting as is their given right. In the last vote we could see how many shareholders did not vote. Even if you have only one vote it is important! We cannot continue to have the money which should be invested in new projects squandered on high rent, high expenses etc. Four years ago TEG had over 35 Million dollars and now there is nothing and the Board cannot tell us where it all went. But they wanted to sell the primary asset for 5 million dollars because they did not plan ahead even when they knew they needed money for the Passe field. This money belongs to all the shareholders. Where has it gone???????
