academic: could be any worldwide. Close at hand are Telethon, IMB and Cambridge.

Telethon's 'Brain Tumor Program' is world leading science. Check out this page on Nick Gottardo .
His expertise is in developing new mouse models for Ependymoma (the 3rd most common brain tumour) and the other is Medulloblastoma (the most common malignant brain tumour).

The relationship with PYC and the 'Institute for Molecular Bioscience' seems only to be building. I do wonder whether there is additional work being done on top of the work that has received grant funding.
The IMB head is Prof Brandon Wainwright
He is an expert in cancer research targeting Medulloblastoma and the Hedgehog pathway.

Ashok Venkitaraman at Cambridge Uni has been working on the breast cancer suppressor gene BRCA2.
In the link, Venkitaraman writes "We have recently developed a novel model for tissue-specific carcinogenesis associated with BRCA2 inactivation, providing new insights into the pathogenesis and therapy of these tumours."

Commercial: I would think that could also be wide open. Protein drug molecules that have failed during clinical trials due to endosomal entrapment are first to come to mind.
