I understand that Richard Hopkins would want to maintain a tight focus re: targets, rather than the scattergun approach of earlier years. The focus appears to be transcription factors.
Engaging with commercial collaborators could well include Pharma with existing programs targeting transcription factors particularly as you say where 'protein drug molecules have failed during clinical trials due to endosomal entrapment'.
