I think that the options issue was greedy. They already have a lot of stock and should not back the truck up again before they have delivered value ... they should deliver on their plans and then come back to be rewarded for the next stretch. They unnecessarily antagonised their shareholder base, and if the next well comes in dry and they have to issue a lot of stock at 2.5c (again) they should justify to shareholders why they should keep their jobs.
