re Burgess 78-I think that's the right way to look at the big picture.
The AGM is another matter: clearly they were going to lose Res 1 and then presumably Res 2. Has anyone been approached re the voting post the (non) meeting? To adjourn an AGM while you get legal advice to see if you can disqualify some of the votes for association is very dangerous territory.
Has anyone had any contact with the company?
