    Hicks is paid by BPAM everyone knows sexton rules with an iron fist

    Hicks has been there two years so he also hasnt worked out if your in business you need to build a profit margin into what ever you sell, bestons clearly havent grasped this basic principal of making a margin

    This margin problem has been the same problem for its entire existence including under hicks
