Really - Sexton and this the Board have presided over a significant drop in shareholder wealth and squandered so much potential with BFC? 64.9% voting down the remuneration report is not a vocal minority by any definition more like a vocal majority.

Looks to me that Sexton is worried about being kicked off the gravy train that he has milked for years.

I know I voted against this Board.

If nothing else IMHO getting rid of Sexton would be a huge step in the right direction.
