TheyThey warned that the company was set up to reward the founders with little in it for shareholders.If the company makes money, watch the fees to BPAM skyrocket before a dividend is ever declared.At the float, there was many millions of spare cash to be ready for astute purchases. That has been squandered, along with a big equity contribution from a Chinese company that came later. Then the company went in to debt and, when it became obvious that that cash was running out, the farms had to be sold and another equity raise was needed.Next stop liquidation if it keeps going like this.
