Hi dilema,

If you check back thru the thread from the time of Voluntary Administration (March 18th), you should get a fair idea of the campaign that has evolved to re-list CCU.

The VA has two choices
1)Sell the company's assets to the highest bidder
2)Thru a DOCA, recapitalise and re-list the company.

The founder and long-term chairman, Ian Lawrence has submitted a DOCA proposal which will retain some value for current shareholder. There will be significant dilution, the amount yet to be seen. There will also be the opportunity for current and new investors to provide more capital. If the 2nd creditors meeting towards the end of this month favours the re-listing, then you will still have a stake in CCU.
