FYI I have filed a complaint with the ASIC and have contacted Andrew Watson at Maurice Blackburn via email.
I have also sent a summary letter to The Australian and Matthew Mckenzie at Business News .
I invite all Paladin shareholders to do the same (and quickly) before this disastrous proposal gets rammed through.
The Independent Expert's Report as mentionned in KPMG's letter dated December 5 is already irrelevant due to the 20% cutback announced yesterday by Kazakhstan and the inevitable uranium price increse that will follow.
We are getting screwed right at the inflection point in the uranium market.
