Is there a possibility to negotiate the 2% to say 10% or more? The Creditors should get 50% and not 70% - with minimum debt PDN share price may get back up and the Bondholder's should get their money plus profit?
Share holders too may get something out of it.
Getting Lawyers etc.... is like cutting your nose to spite your face! Further delay PDN recovery!
