   Who the hell wrote up these ridiculous contracts? I'm assuming the valuation must fall within a specific range to entitle the Chinese to exercise the option. PDN management must be confident that the valuation will be high enough to either bring in some solid cash to pay off the debt, or knock the Chinese back a notch. Surely the mere carrying out of a valuation can't give them the right to the company?
   
   This better work in our favour. I'm going to be extremely angry and disappointed if we lose the mine...it's the only real chance PDN has at making any money. The other assets are good but no one wants to wait another 10 years..we need cash flow. A sale would no longer classify PDN as a uranium producer..we'd be just another wannabe with a fruitless pipe dream. I doubt any of the bondholders would have bought into PDN without Langer Heinrich..they may only support a full sale if they can get all of their money back.
