Dan, adding nearly 1.5 billion shares to a companys issued amount in one single hit is the absolute definition of dilution, I don’t see how it can be called much else. If you owned 5% of the company pre dilution, you now own just over 2.5% post dilution. Sounds a lot like dilution to me.
