At 22.12.2020 LKO had 33 billion six hundred and seventy seven million eighty six thousand four hundred and eighty one shares on issue. It continues to pay Directors shares instead of cash and may perhaps be paying others in shares too. Total shares on issue now will be more than for 22.12.2021.

When work on onshore gas resumes LKO will re-capitalise reducing shares on issue with object of having a more credible number of shares on issue. Further capital issues could then follow increasing while remaining a more manageable number of shares on issue - likely paying bills in cash again.
