The reason some may be selling would be that the equity raise that has been foreshadowed by resolution 7 I think it was. There will be some trepidation as to at what price the raise takes place and that if there is a significant discount, then it is likely that the SP will temporarily go to that level at which time those selling now may want to buy back in. I've held for over 12 months, so not selling. If there is a discounted CR I may dip into my pocket and top up, as once this hurdle has been jumped, we should be off and away and with RE prices likely to start rising again, we will finally be looking a little prettier again.
Lets hope our new board can settle in and get to work for us as there is very little holding us back anymore.
