Also could THX do a hostile TO offer shareholders a script in THX for shares to gain control of the board sack that baffon in the chair and get Crabb back in there. If I was a shareholder in UMC I would accept a lower offer than the BHP offer for THX. Now I know this is not only improbable but probably impossible. But it would mean not only could you ride out the UMC holding to production you would also get the 40% nickel, and Corkscrew/Thunderball to boot.

Only thing that has me baffled is why people are selling below $1.30. Only thing I can think of is they are holding a stake they cant afford and have to get out knowing this is going to drag on?
