Im a bit surprised that the board has endorsed this...just think 2 dollars north would be a better offer....but will be more to this story....is all just a game....looks like they are playing a game of poker....they would have other approaches in the past...will be exciting anyway in the next few months...lol...asx should have a rule for the mighty taking over the minnows...but such is life
They still need the major shareholders to agree....thats why i think the offer will be better as we move forward...
