    Oyeah,
    thats irrelevent - BHP will buy ALL shares in UMC, therefore they are taking up ALL assets and depriving current shareholders of exploration potential. In inducing UMC to "restructure" it is destroying speculative value. So one way or other, the exploration potential value must be included in the valuation.
