This is such an incompetent stuff up, you have to wonder if they really do have or can get access to funds to develop this project without subsidies or on selling?
Also, couldn’t see anyone or any financial institution getting into bed with such a mob like them. ( trying to avoid the sin bin ). Just a thought ?
Just cannot see a reputable company getting it all so wrong, so often. IMO.
