Shareholders Right to Sue a Company for Wrongful Acts.
Suing a company usually takes the form of a shareholder class-action lawsuit. Shareholder rights vary from country to country, so it is important to check with local authorities and public watchdog groups. These rights are crucial for the protection of shareholders against poor management.
or, anyone (individual or company) can be sued for negligence.
'Negligence' is committed when there has been (you can prove) a failure to take proper care and loss results. Sound familiar?
although in MB's case my guess he'd just claim incompetence....gross incompetence...
it is a crying shame we cannot sue the useless...
In my world MB has been negligent and his forward looking statements grossly deceitful.
however, its about proving intent and MB has the shoulders of a snake...
you're not alone, lots of us have lost money here, you have my and i'm sure others sympathy.
